Directions to The Well

Directions from Cork city (20 mins)

  • Take N25 East from Dunkettle roundabout
  • Take  Exit 4 for Carrigtwohill and follow the L3612
  • At top of slip road turn right (away from village)
  • At roundabout take 2nd exit (straight through)
  • After 800 metres take 1st left for Civic Amenity Centre
  • Take a left at the T-junction and follow road for 1.3 km 
  • Take a right at wide, open crossroads
  • Follow road for 1.1 km 
  • After O’Brien’s Farm take 2nd left, Ballintubbrid House
  • Follow driveway and take first left through stone wall into carpark

Directions from Midleton (10 mins)

  • Take N25 from Lakeview roundabout (beginning of dual-carriageway) towards Cork
  • After 1.6 km (1 mile) pass under flyover and take the 1st left  (signposted for Midleton)
  • Take 3rd exit off the roundabout (road leads to Castle Rock housing estate)
  • Follow road for 3.8 km to crossroads
  • Take left at crossroads
  • Follow road for 1.1 km
  • After O’Brien’s Farm take 2nd left, Ballintubbrid House
  • Follow driveway and take first left through stone wall into carpark
